Ordering: Payment On Delivery is available for New Providence residents only!
Delivery: All orders will be delivered within 24 hours of confirmation. Deliveries are subject to a fee of $5 or $10 depending on the location. NO lingerie, bras, or any other intimates and no clothing will be delivered unless purchased online. Please see our return policy. For mail boat orders, please allow up to 48 hours for delivery to the mail boat. There will be no deliveries to the airport!
Shipping: WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE BAHAMAS! Confirmed orders are subject to 21 day delivery although most orders will be scheduled to ship within 24 to 48 hours of placement in MOST cases. Please make Family Island orders via Facebook, email or telephone. The customer is responsible for all delivery, freight charges, insurance, and handling charges.
IMPORTANT! When you checkout you agree that you understand the shipping costs are an estimate, and the actual shipping costs could be more, or less than what the shopping cart calculates depending on the weight of the order and the shipping address. You agree to pay the additional shipping costs. You will receive an email after your order has been processed and shipped.
Refused orders: All SALES ARE FINAL! If the mail couriers fail to deliver your order we assume NO liability for failed shipments.
Damages & Shortages: Any damages or shortages must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of receipt of goods. NO exceptions! All orders are inspected and shipped in excellent condition. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped, you MUST file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. No exceptions will be made here. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.
Returns: Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please have the store clerk test all battery operated items before leaving the store premises or before the delivery driver leaves. We assume no responsibility for manufacturing faults and device failures after items have left store premises or the driver has left after delivery. There is no return on intimates (lingerie, underwear). You are required to return all other clothing items purchased to the store within 24 hours for exchange. Worn, stained and damaged items will not be accepted! You must present your receipt as proof of transaction.
